Aim
In system, control, or process engineering, devices like PLC, IPC, microcontroller kits or intelligent computer boards with advanced operating systems constitute an integral part of manufacturing and industrial processes. Advances in the theory of informatics have not been fully implemented in process control design until recently. However, many complex technological processes such as nonlinear, delayed, non-minimum phase ones, multidimensional or hybrid ones are hardly controllable by conventional control methods. Therefore, advanced modern control strategies have been investigated to deal with those problems. These methodologies, however, requires the utilization of elements of optimization or artificial intelligence. From this perspective, both, theoretical and application, contributions combining the informatics and system (control) issues are useful and desirable and highly welcome for the special session.

Aim
The term Industry 4.0 is the new buzz word that promises towards the new industrial revolution – one that marries advanced manufacturing techniques with the internet of things (IoT) to create a digital manufacturing enterprise that is not only interconnected, but communicates, analyzes, and uses information to further drive intelligent action back into the physical world. Such developments aims to bring profound impacts and changes to the overall aspects of supply chain management. Hence, supply chain management (SCM) in the new era of Industry 4.0 could well be referred as the SCM the 4.0 Way. In this aspect, the digital and autonomous linkages within and between companies become a focal point of supply chain management. Through this special session at CSCC 2022 conference, we aim to bring the wider research community towards presenting the innovation and application of these technological advances on the Supply Chain of the digital revolution. Some of the key focus areas where we expect the papers to have coverage will be:

Aim
Big data (BD) has now become a critical part of the business world and daily life. BD spans six dimensions; namely; volume, variety, velocity, volatility and veracity and value.BD may be generated ,or collected from a wide variety of sources ;e.g. human-sourced data, process- oriented data, machine-oriented data. On the other side, Big Data analytics (BDA) is the science of drawing conclusions and making sense of raw data information. BDA has become a broad and vibrant domain that includes a diversity of computational intelligence (CI) paradigms and intelligent methodologies. CI enables users with learning mechanisms that help to induce knowledge from such raw big data. The scope of this special session comprises the whole range of Computational Intelligence (CI) paradigms and application areas.
