Scopus, EI Compendex, Inspec (IET), Google Scholar, CAS, DOAJ, ACM, ProQuest, Zentrablatt, EBSCO etc and to the data base of IEEEXplore
The Standard IEEE Format should be followed by the authors for the Papers.
